FAQ

How do I book a session?

You may email, FB message or Instagram DM us. We will then establish a day and time for your session. I will email you an invoice where you can pay your $50 non-refundable or transferable deposit fee. This deposit is due at time of booking to secure that your day and time of session will be reserved. Deposit goes towards your total balance. If the deposit is not paid, there is no session booked and your requested day and time can be given to the next client in line. Your remaining balance is due at the time that your session is over.

How do I pay my deposit fee?

I will email you an invoice where it gives you the option to pay your deposit via Paypal, Credit card or Debit card. Deposit must be paid through this method only, the remaining balance can be paid the same way or cash.

Do you work outside of Fort Worth area?

Yes we do work outside of Fort Worth city limits. However, there is a $20 traveling fee for sessions outside of Fort Worth city limits.
If the location requires an entrance fee keep in mind that you (the client) is responsible for covering any expenses such as parking, entry fee, and any other fee that is required to shoot at that specific location of your choice.

What is your reschedule policy?

If you must reschedule for personal reasons please give a 3 day notice or your deposit will be lost.
Your session will automatically be rescheduled on bad weather days and your deposit will be transferred over.

What is your turnaround time on the pictures?

I have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks for fully edited images to be delivered.
So please book your sessions accordingly.
If you are needing to have your photos before the normal turnaround time a priority rush can be done for a $30 rushing fee.

How soon do i have to book my session?

Once you know for sure what day you want to take photos please contact us to book your session.It is never too early to book a session, you can book weeks and even months ahead of time. Your deposit will secure your session date. It is much better to book early than to book late.

Do you offer indoor sessions?

I mainly work on location; however, I may offer them on special occasions such as smash cake or mini sessions.

What are Mini Sessions?

Mini Sessions are so much fun.
They are a fast paced session, usually 15 minutes, done at the location of my choice. I shoot clients back to back in one day so you must be on time to your session or you will lose your spot.

Can I cancel my session at the last minute & get my deposit back?

No. Last minute cancelations (no matter the reason) will cause you to lose your deposit.
